LANGUAGE.

(italianjobs, 2012)
Italian is a commonly known language worldwide. I love it because it is as similar as spanish which is my best foreign language. It is claimed that italian meals are very delicious seconded by french cuisine.I was amazed to discover that a large number of countries speak italian.

Italian is spoken by around 70 million people globally. It is an official language in Italy,Switzerland,San Marino,Slovenia,Vatican city, and the Istra county of Croatia. It is ranked among the top official languages of the European Union. As i said earlier it is very similar with latin or spanish. It is also spoken in other countries such as Australia,Argentina,Brazil,Canada.

Historically the first group of italian to arrive in  UK was around 19th century and settled in different parts of the country this encouraged more settlers who were looking for  jobs too, thats why there is a large population of italians in UK and USA.

In the UK a large population of italians live in Chelsea,Islington,Stpancras,Westminister,Kensington,Lambeth and year after year the are spreading more and more around the nation and contributing in the development of UK. Most people nowadays are very addicted to italian meals you will find them in italians restaurant meaning the coming of italians has led to introduction of new meals in UK. There is this interesting story was told by my uncle the Italian frag is green ,red and white which are also Christmas colours meaning that maybe Christmas originated from Italy ha. Here are some Italian words such as hi-ciao, Grazier- thanks and many more.

SUMMARY OF THE WELSH GOVERNMENT

I was happy to learn that Wales had it`s own government that's good since it creates the sense of independence  making their own rules  also citizens get the freedom to air their views since their leaders are near them or  with them. The people of the wales wanted  more powers implemented in Wales for the National Assembly to make    more laws. This was approved after the 'yes' vote won on the referendum this was on 3rd March 2011.This gave them the authority to implement their own law without consulting the UK parliament.Members of the House of commons and House of Lords were not part of the law making committee instead the Welsh Government and the National Assembly`s role. They have the authority to implement law on all the 20 Fields.

New terms were also introduced for instance, Assembly Law was changed to Assembly measures, proposed law was called Bills and enacted law called Acts. The National Assembly can make law for wales in the following areas affecting life.

01Agriculture, fisheries, forestry and rural development
02 Ancient monuments and historic buildings
03 Culture
04 Economic development
05 Education and training
06 Environment
07 Fire and rescue services and promotion of fire safety
08 Food
09 Health and health services
10 Highways and transport

TIME MANAGEMENT

"Time = Life; Therefore, waste your time and waste of your life, (Lakein,2012)

Time management is the utilisation of time in an way that is efficient and logical. Most people think that the  important time to manage is the current period one is doing a task but note  every minute spent even during one`s leisure time should be managed  appropriately because it develops one`s skills and productivity in his or her job. However a number of people too are very poor in managing their time and that's why most are confused and in a hurry or at the wrong place at the wrong time.

It is a habit to many people to waste time but  one can change that behaviour.  I have some weakness  when it comes to time management. For instance, if i have lets say an assignment due to submit  in two weeks i will start working on it when it is two days to submission  this is wrong because i waste  a lot of time i do not manage my time properly. So i should work on that factor. That is my major weakness by ensuring i complete my work on my assigned deadline.

Time is always limited ,we all have same hours per day but some will complain of lack of enough time in most of their work activities. For one to manage time well one should have goals  and should complete his/her  task in the set time. By doing this one will notice that their is time for essential things in life. This should always be your guiding quote "...Neither the rich nor the poor can store time. The quote of 24 hours is given to both the rich and the poor. The main difference between fame and failure lies in how one uses time skillfully. Hence, time management is all about wise usage of time"  (pillai,2012).

So time management is a very important task it all a matter of  organising yourself and your tasks and it will help you in your daily social and working life.
